Easter is the time for eggs, but why not swap those chocolate Easter Eggs for these delicious gin cocktails. You'll even have the yolks left over for some amazing scrambled eggs in the morning!

Egg white is a fantastic edition to a cocktail. It creates a smooth, creamy texture, plus if you can get it right, you can impress your friends and family with a nice foamy top to rest your garnish on.
